Due to the rich experience of chemical industry, our organization has achieved great expertise over the years in the sphere of manufacturing chemical processing machines, paint processing machines, processing machines and processing equipment. Our range is quite wide it includes attrition mills, ball mills, submersible basket mills, bead mills, blending machines, pug mills and many more. These chemical processing machines are made with high quality of Stainless Steel and are used in various industries.
Our Gamut comprises of:

| Ball Mills We at Manu Enterprises manufacture and export batch and continuous type ball mills mainly for the coatings, minerals and metal powder industries. Ball mills are one of the oldest and safest methods for grinding a wide range of materials of hardness upto 8 on mohs scale. It can be used for grinding of any material wet, dry or sticky. Ball mills consists of cylindrical shell rotating on a horizontal axis mounted on a sturdy mild steel frame. Both end plates of the mill are strongly designed to withstand the rotational load of the mill charged with the grinding medium and the material to be processed. Openings are provided through which the grinding medium and the material to be processed is loaded and discharged. Drive The ball mills are driven by motor coupled to the reduction gearbox with chain and sprocket arrangement or V belt. The ball mills are fabricated from mild steel, rubber lined and stainless steel.
Note: Working capacity to be calculated at 50% of container capacity.
| Bead Mills This bead mills are batch process machine for size reduction and dispersing of paints, inks, coatings etc. The bead mills are widely used in labs for processing of small daily batches. The bead mill consists of a grinding vessel inside which rotates a shaft fitted with impeller disc. The grinding media and the charged material are filled into the vessel and the shaft is run at a very high speed for a particular time till dispersion is achieved. vessel with jacket arrangements is provided as a standard feature :

| Pug Mills Pug Mills are used for continuous mixing :
These can also be abrasion resistant steel lined, and/or jacketed for heating or cooling medium circulation. They accommodate two parallel shafts fitted with overlapping type blades for fast, thorough, progressive processing. Pug mills are normally driven through one motor with spur gearing. These pug mills are available with belt, chain or direct driven configurations. Both shafts are equipped with stuffing boxes on the charging end. The discharging end may be equipped with shaft seals or stuffing boxes, depending on location of mixer outlet. Power inputs are available from 10 H.P onwards. The product discharge may be over a regulated weir, from the bottom of the trough, side of the trough, or over an angled chute. Apart from standard sizes, we also offer custom-build pug mills with covers in various lengths and widths to suit your process requirements. Pug mill units are available in single or double shaft units for specified applications. The units are available with adjustable pitched blades or bolted fin type.
| Sand Mills These sand mills are used mainly by the paint, ink and coating industries for size reduction and dispersing of pigments in liquids. The particle size reduction upto 2 micron is possible in a single pass. The material to be processed is pumped from the bottom of the mill into the milling chamber, which is filled with grinding media of 3mm dia. The media is agitated by a shaft fitted with a number of impeller discs along its length. As the material moves upwards, it is subjected to high hydraulic and shearing forces between the grinding media, which results in fine grinding of the material. This material then passes through the screen that separates the media from the process material. All sand mills are provided with a jacket arrangement for cooling the material in the grinding chamber. Optional : grinding media and pressurized mills
Flow rate stated above depends on various factors such as material to be processed, feed rate, viscosity etc.

| Submersible Basket Mills The Premier submersible basket mills are an exceptionally versatile dispersion system that can be applied to a wide range of processing industries. Now High Efficiency is Simplicity Itself. The submersible basket mills have redefined batch dispersion systems. This design insures that your materials pass through the high density dispersion zone within the milling chamber at a high frequency. This system offers a high degree of dispersion which can be many times more efficient than traditional media milling systems. Best of all, this exceptional level of efficiency is achieved without pipes, pumps or material transfer. The simplicity of the submersible basket mills system allows for very high material yields from batch to batch, as high as 99%. This means less clean-up and a reduction in waste solvents. Premixing, dispersion, compounding and dilution are all accomplished in a single unit that requires less space, less time and less energy to achieve bigger results. Features and Benefits:

| Lab Mixers We supply a variety of mixers according to various requirements and specifications of the customers and industry. The Lab Mixes are used extensively in the processing of Newtonian products, where the saw tooth impeller works at high peripheral speed, (up to 30 mt/sec) developing high shearing forces. The vacuum is achieved through special seals between the cover and edge of the pan. A vacuum pump is chosen according to the properties of the mixing goods. (Normally rotary vane or liquid ring pumps). The impeller can be raised or lowered while working under vacuum, in order to reach maximum efficiency | |||||||||||||||||||
| Ribbon Blenders Our manufactured and supplied range of ribbon blenders are used for making stiff paints (OBD) and putty. These ribbon blenders are twin tubs batch type blenders and are available in mild steel and stainless steel materials.

| Blending Machines These blending machines designs are most often used for the intimate dry blending of free flowing solids. The solids being blended in these units can vary in bulk density and in percentage of the total mixture. Materials being blended are constantly being split and intermixed as the shell rotates. Normal cycle times are typically in the range of 15 minutes, however can be less depending on the difficulty of blending. Blending machines are stocked in 5, 10, and 15 cu.ft. capacity. Each is constructed of type 316-stainless steel and is internally polished to a 240 grit sanitary finish. The exterior is polished to an easily cleaned 150-grit finish. All ross blending machines are supplied with intensifier bars to permit dumping and de-agglomeration as needed. Discharge is accomplished through a manually operated Butterfly valve. The valve is positioned 24 from the floor when in the bottom position. All units are provided with appropriate safety railings and appropriately interlocked safety interlocks. Stop-Start and E-Stop Pushbuttons are included with all blending machines. All blending machines include the following standard features :
