Fan casing is manufactured from heavy gauge with adjustable motor mounting base plate & support frame.

Advantages:

1.      Heavy duty casing last long & does not get corroded completely. 

2.      Adjustable bolted type of motor base plate & support frame allows you to open completely & paint it easily after making it rust free.

3.      In future if there is any change in machinery load then without changing fan casing you can upgrade your motor to higher H.P by re drilling in its base plate. Fan impeller can be utilized to deliver higher CFM after setting blade angle to deliver desired CFM.

Fan blades are designed with latest aerodynamic software to achieve high efficiency. 

Fan blades are manufactured from high grades of FRP resin to achieve desire shape twist along length & very smooth surface finish.

1.      Due to aerodynamic shape its efficiency is achieved up to 85% hence saves power compare to any other manufacturer in the field of humidification.

2.      Due to FRP it is light weight. It is easy to install & maintain. Due to light weight it also reduces starting torque & current requirement.

3.      Life of bearings of motor increases leads to less down time. 

Bell mouth inlet cone allows air to enter freely leads to negligible losses of mean dynamic head.

Advantage:

Due to easy flow or reduced resistances to flow of air it saves power by 3 to 4%

Outlet cone of fans helps to diffuse the air to reduce back pressure and recovers velocity pressure losses.

Advantage:

Due to pressure recovery it reduces power by 3 to 5%.
