We manufacture " Continuous Spiral Fins" ( without tube ) i.e. Finned Coils, especially for shaped or any other odd prefabricated shaped tubes. These are widely used for Industrial electric, Finned Air Heaters and Air Compressors Cooling Tubes. Heat Transfer Efficiency increases substantially because of continuous crimped fin design. These Finned Coils are made according to the OD of the tube with
fractional differences ranging from 8 mm to 50 mm.

Our company is engaged in the manufacturing of a precision engineered range of Wire Wound Fin Tubes, which is renowned product owing to its high performance and efficiency. Our range of wire wound fin tubes is equipped with wire loops wound which is solder bonded to the external surface of a round tube. With our flexible manufacturing process, our range can be sued for both domestic and commercial applications.

We manufacture Spirally Wound Finned Tubes by a special process in which a continuous strip of fin material is wound spirally on the tube, making it strong to withstand high internal pressure. The usage of finned tubes gives heat uniformly and increases the heat output depending upon the height of fins per unit length employed. Finned pipe and tubes are used within shell and tube type heat exchangers to enhance the heat transfer between the inside of the heat exchanger tube or pipe, and the outside. Finned pipes and tubes are commercially available in various sizes and materials. Custom finned tubes and pipes are also available.
