Introduction for Dredge Suction and Delivery Hose

Production Facilities
In order to guarantee fast and efficient production of our wide product range of products, we have developed advance production lines. The unit is controlled by our expert designers, who hold rich industry experience. Further, we are also equipped with specialized autoclave for this technical process. These rubber dredge hose and bellows offered by us starts from 6” (Id) upto 38” (Id) and in length – 3 mtrs long to 20 mtrs long. |
End Connections
We have with us an extensive range of end connections, which is a specialized end connections for rubber hose and dredge bellows. These are rubber lined flanges with nipples and rubber flanges with back up mild steel flanges. |
Pressure Rating
The dredge hose and bellow provided by us is tested upto 30 kg/cm2g and our procut range varies in pressure so as to meet our client’s requirement. We hold expertise to manufacture hoses and bellows from W.P – 7 kg/cm2g upto W.P – 20 kg/cm2g. Further, a vacuum test is also conducted max. to 650 mm of hg, wherein the safety factor is calculated as 3:1. |
Testing Facilities
We have with us multiple testing facilities ranging from hydro pressure test, beding test, vacuum test, elongation test, tensile test and abrasion resistant test. |
Safety
To ensure optimum safety an over dimensioning is added to this excellent starting point in the design phase. We always develop these dredge hose and bellow much heavier than specified. This safety margin provides an additional shield against unforeseen circumstances to our hose and bellow. With the assistance of our production control and test facilities, we have been able to guarantee the safety and reliability in our entire range. Further, we can also issue the various test reports of our products if required by our clients. But basically the numerous tests carried out by us are intended for our own research and ensure that we adequately satisfy all test and inspection requirements throughout the world. |
Introduction to Iron Ore Slurry Hoses, Bends, Reducers and Aluminum Couplings
Our quality range of Iron Ore Slurry Hose System is an exceptionally abrasion-resistant slurry hose. These are built with best quality rubber thus our range is known for their dependable performance and long wear life. Our range of Iron Ore Slurry Hose combines excellent abrasion resistance of a uniform wear tube with lightweight reusable aluminum flanged couplings and metallic rubberized gasket. This unique combination helps in the fast and easy on-site assembly, thereby minimizing the downtime and maintenance costs. - Hose Body is corrugated and has wire to provide superior sealing and gripping qualities with the couplings
