The valves ranges in size from 10 NB to 1200 NB, Pressure Rating Class 150# to 2500# and the Material of Construction can be Cast Iron, Cast Steel, Stainless Steel, Forged Steel, Gun Metal as well as Alloy Steel to suit specific customer requirement. As a special development, company has developed Bellows Seal Globe Valves & Piston Valves for Thermic Fluid & High-Pressure & High Temperature services. We would like to inform you that our company has ISO 9001 - 2000 Certified by RWTUV- GERMANY . Also we are approved with EIL, DGQA, MAZGAON DOCK, MECON, PDIL, LLYODS, BVIS, DNV, CEIL, TDC, NTPC, BHEL, NPCIL, BAXCOUNCIL and others. As a backward integration we have set up various foundries (A) Foundry for S/Steel, WCB etc with capacity of 110 Kw / 285 Kg. (B) Foundry for Aluminium & Bronze. (C) A cupola furnace for Cast Iron (Gr. 22/24/26) with a capacity a single piece casting of 400 Kg. (D) An induction furnace for “Investment Casting” of 125 Kw having capacity of 150 Kg per piece can be made. This foundry has Ductable Air Conditioning Plant for better dimensional controls.
