All Bellow Expansion Joints and Exhaust Manifolds are tested with dye - penetrant on the welded joints, and radio graphically where ever specified. Pneumatic or hydraulic pressure test is carried our for each assembly.
Besides, fatigue life, bellows spring rate and torsional test facilities are available for co-relating theoretical and practical design parameters.
