These are engineered components which require careful attention when designing a piping system. They are designed to meet EJMA Standards by our system designer so that you can be assured of receiving, reliable, high quality and safe products. Special software is used to calculate the stress and fatigue life of the bellows.

Bellows are manufactured using the hydraulic forming, segment forming and rolling methods, as suitable for the particular design. The bellows are made generally from thin gauge Type ASTM/SA-240 Grade 321 Stainless Steel in multiply construction with internal liners and various forms of end connectors including fixed and swivel flanges, pipe weld ends, ' V ' flanges etc. made from stainless or carbon steel. All welding is automated / and done by TIG / Resistance Seam on special machines / manipulators / fixtures.

Bellow are manufactured by the hydraulic process on specially designed imported equipment in a normal range of 2"to12" NB and are designed for service in general pipework applications.

Bellows are available with plain cylindrical ends, pipe weExpansion Jointsld preparations, flanges and other fittings as desired.

CNC Laser Cutting Machines are used to cut material such as mild steel, stainless steel, and Aluminium in an extremely economical and fast way. It provides accuracy and at the same time, gives freedom to our designers to design any intricate shape, since the cutting will not lead to distortion. An input of any CAD file via e-mail is possible in this system. The Exhaust Manifold is an assembly comprising of various sections fitted to the exhauste outlets of the engine and serves to guide the exhaust gases to a common chamber (generally the turbo charger) and is designed to withstand the corrosive atmosphere of the gases at temperatures in excess of 600°C. Bellows Expansion Joints are incorporated in between the sections to absorb vibration and thermal stresses & movements.

These are generally made from ASTM-SA 240 Grade 321 Stainless Steel and in certain cases from ASTM-A 387 class 2 grade 11 Chrome Moly Steel, due to its high temperatre and corrosion resistance properties. They are light weight with a streamlined design to provide better efficiency compared to Cast Manifolds. Chrome Moly Manifolds are heat treated and coated with high temperature resistant paint.

Some of the smaller diameter manifolds are made of thin walled stainless steel cast sections, and as with fabricated manifolds, are assembled together with bellows, gaskets and clamps.

All Bellow Expansion Joints and Exhaust Manifolds are tested with dye - penetrant on the welded joints, and radio graphically where ever specified. Pneumatic or hydraulic pressure test is carried our for each assembly.

Our particular area of expertise involves Alco/Bombardier, GE (General Electric) and GM-EMD (General Motors) engines, but we also offer manifolds & related parts for other brands, such as MWM, Caterpillar, Detroit Diesel, Waukesha, Mirlees, Wartsila, Cummins, Pielstick etc.

CNC Machine Bending is a highly automated bending process. It allows high dimensional accuracy and design flexibility. The process provides an excellent repeatability. CNC machine capacity varies from 110T to 350T and bed size upto 3000 mm.

This CNC Machine has both Plasma and Flame cutting heads to give greater flexibility, wide range of cutting capacity and large processing area. The machine provides high accuracy, less distortion and higher quality cutting. Its capacity varies from 10 mm. to 100 mm. in MS and 25 mm. in SS; and the bed size is upto 3000 mm. x 6500 mm.
