False Ceiling

A false ceiling is called a number of other names as well. A false ceiling is also known, and perhaps more commonly, as a dropped ceiling. It is also called a suspended ceiling, or a secondary ceiling, or a hung ceiling. The false ceiling is very widely used in modern construction, especially in offices and basements. Advantages of a false ceiling a false ceiling has a small space above it, between it and the actual ceiling, which is perfect for hiding wiring, pipes, duct work and insulation.
