Epoxil 70F/MH 70: A free flowing epoxy compound to seal various types of filter media to metallic frames. A high temperature modification is also available.

Epoxil SL25/MH25: A four-pack epoxy based self-levelling system ideally suited for 1-3mm monolithic floors. It is characteristic of high gloss anti skid and hygienic properties for Pharmaceutical units,food processing areas, Automobile showrooms, Operation theatres and Laboratories.
Epoxil SL25/MH64: A two-pack epoxy for floor screeds for 3mm and above. This system has rapid setting properties and minimises application time for subsequent top coats. This also sets on moist surfaces.
Epoxil BC34/MH34: An epoxy binder for broadcast flooring. It is a 3-pack system consisting of coloured aggregates in addition to the resin and hardener.
Epoxil MC700: A single-pack polyurethane system which can be pigmented and applied as a top coat on epoxy surfaces or PU itself. It is characteristic of high gloss and hardness.
Epoxil MC500: A single-pack PU used for screeds and broadcast floors. This can also be used as a penetrating sealer for concrete surfaces in active wet and oily conditions.
Epoxil SL235/MH85: An epoxy system for chemical resistant floors and heavy duty applications.
Epoxil EPU52/MH52: An epoxy/urethane hybrid self-leveliing system with outstanding abrasion resistance hardness and adhesion to under prepared surfaces. It has the normal high gloss of epoxy floorings with improved flexibility.

Processsing instructions :
Surface preparation methods recommended for concrete should be followed,such as acid etching, solvent degreasing are mandatory.
Fresh concrete should be cured for 28 days before application.
EPOXIL- 701PRM primer should be applied by brush and allowed to dry to a tacky state (not fully cured) before application.
The components of EPOXIL-PU52 should be mixed in a mechanical mixer at slow speed and poured in marked area 2kg per sqmtr/ mm.
Use of notched trowels and spike rollers to deareate the mix is recommended.
A dust free environment during application leaves a glossy surface.

Safety instructions : Epoxil PU52 components are dermatic to skin in the wet state and use of protective clothing is strongly recommended. Inhalation can cause damage and precautions should be taken.This material should be stored away from moisture and heat. Disposal of empty containers should be followed as per the clients directives.

Pack A : 10 kgs Pack B : 5 kgs Pack C : 15 kgs Directions of use : Weigh out PackA and mix PackB into it in a clean vessel thoroughly using a mechanical mixer at slow speed. Gradually start addition of the powder until a homogenous mix is attained. A gentle temperature rise indicates complete mixing.Give atleast 3 –4 minutes to achieve this state. Pour the contents into another vessel and pour on the marked area.Spread evenly using a notched trowel and removing air bubles with spike roller.
Surface preparation : Clean the surface using mechanical ads and degreasing chemicals.In case of oil contaminated surfaces, use our special primer, Epoxil – prm.. in two coats. Patch repair the surface where required to a uniform finish before applying Epoxil – FL511.
Cleaning of tools should be done with epoxy thiners only. All handling precautions and directions should be followed strictly.
