Vibrating Feeder
We offer vibrating feeder, which is used for vibrating feeder conveys material while separating loose fines. This machine provides smooth, controlled feed rates to maximize capacity of the plant. The fines drop to the bottom of the feed material and are passed through the grizzly section.

Reciprocating Feeder

GEAR BOX AND DIFFERENTIAL (TRANSMISSION ASSEMBLY):
Heavy duty suitable gear box and differential assembly with gears made out of special alloy steel is installed.

LUBRICATION :All bearings are arranged for lubrication. Grease nipples, oiling holes provided at appropriate places for lubrication purpose.

We are designed these Vibrating screen to make separation / filtration of crushed material from fine dust to oversize. The screen frame, a bolted & welded steel structure, accommodates the screen mesh & the drive unit. The plate is designed by the assembly of an eccentric shaft, made out of alloy steel & two no. of heavy duty double spherical bearings with dust & water tight seals, for efficient operation & low maintenance.
