Our qualitative manufacturing facilities facilitate us to manufacture the products using the biodegradable materials, thereby ensuring green and clean environment.

The manufacturing processes followed by us are mentioned below:

• Sorting & Dusting: Sorting of cotton rags and other raw materials are done by hands, thus ensuring complete removal of foreign materials such as iron, plastics and dust which contaminates the mush.
• Rags Chopping: These sieved cotton rags are then chopped into small and invariable sized parts, using a automated rag chopper. Earlier, this chopping procedure was carried out manually through a curved knife that is mounted over wooden board.
• Beating: Beating process is the most vital stage for the preparation of handmade paper process. We convert these chopped rags into fine pulp I through mixing water in “Hollander Beater”.
• To provide the required blot free traits and consistency, we make use of pure inert chemicals such as alum and rosin soap. Various textured materials and color dyes including grass, straw, jute fibers, silk, hemps and more are used during the processing of textured or colored papers. The resultant material is then used for formation of sheets.

• Couching: The formed wet sheets are then placed on a piece of cloth or soft fabric. Afterwards, this piece of cloth works as an interleaf to divide these sheets. 
• Pressing: To squeeze the unnecessary water from these wet sheets, hydraulic or manual presses are brought into use. This ultimately helps in pulp compression, thereby results in enhancing the fiber strength, which further helps in carrying out drying processes.
• Cutting: These sheets still have some rough edges even at the final stage. Moreover, we leave the sheets uncut if it is demanded by the client. Otherwise, these are cut by a machine into standard sizes of  22”x30” or 56x76 cm. After that, these are packed and sent for shipment.
