Manufacturing Standards

Export: High Pressure Seamless Gas Cylinders are manufactured in accordance with following international standards.

ISO:9809-1 and ISO:11439:2000(CNG-I) of International Standards Organisation (ISO)
NZS 5454 (New Zealand Standard)
BS 5045 Part 1 (British Standard)
DOT 3 AA (Department of Transport)
DIN (Deutsche Industrie Normen)

The manufactured cylinders are certified by IIIrd party inspection agency like BV, TUV, SGS etc. as required by the buyer. We can also supply to other international standard as required by the buyer.

Domestic: High Pressure Seamless Gas Cylinders are manufactured in accordance with IS 7285(Part-I): 2004, IS 7285 (Part-2):2004 and IS 15490:2004 under inspection of Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) which ensures implementation of these standards and also conformance to Gas Cylinder Rules, 2004 of Government of India.

Manufacturing Process

We are one of the Major Companies Manufacturing HIGH PRESSURE Standards. Each Gas Cylinder is put together with only the Finest Resources Available HIGH QUALITY TUBES having Accurate Dimensions. Smooth Surfaces are Selected before Spinning on Sophisticated Fully Automatic Machines and Pressed Uniformlly to form the bottom and neck thereafter the Cylinders are Heat Treated on the Most Modern and Fully Automatic Furnace and Oil Quenching Equipments to obtain the Desired Microstructure and Mechanical Properties.

MKC high pressure gas cylinders are manufactured from high quality seamless steel tubes on the most modern CNC Machines, using the latest state-of-the-art technology to suit different industrial applications. Countries over the world have approved of the usage of MKC cylinders which are famous for their flexibility to match any kind of specifications. For the domestic market all cylinders are manufactured as per IS:7285, BIS certified and approved by the Chief Controller of Explosives, Government of India, Nagpur.

For high pressure liquified gases: Carbon Dioxide, Nitrous Oxide Hydorstatic test pressure: 250 Kgf/cm2. Leakage test pressure: 150 Kgf/cm2. We manufacture High Pressure Seamless Steel Cylinders for storing various gases used in the industries such as permanent and liquefiable gases for filling pressure of 150 Bar, 200 Bar & 250 Bar in various sizes of outside diameter 232 and 267 mm and water capacity from 20 ltrs. To 80 ltrs
