The Main Drive provided with Safety Clutch System

• About 500 to 1000 Nos. cap required for single dosing in hopper. Then delivery of cap will be automatically through cap delivery chute.
• There is no manual work for collecting the bottle from filling machine. It takes automatically.
• Running bottle takes the cap from chute & feed warm feed the bottle from conveyor to the center star wheel of the main turret
• Where the caps will be picked up by the capping head, now through cam mechanism sealing head goes down ward with cap and tightened the cap then sealing die goes down ward and directly placed in the bottleneck and tightened.
• Duly capped bottle is transfer to conveyor.
• will be transferred on the conveyor and taken for further packing.
