Flexible polythelene material rendered antistatic by the use of special anti static agents the surface resistivity is maintained below 10¹⁰ ohms per square. These bags are made from tubes of standard widths. The standard thickness of the bag is 0.1mm 100microns.Bags can be easily heat sealed to protect the contents within. Each bag carries a standard caution message. Additional user messages, monograms can be printed on request.

Air ions are molecules that have lost or gained an electron. Ions are present in normal air but are “stripped” out when an air is subject to filtration and conditioning. They are produced by radioactive emission or by phenomenon called “corona discharge” where a high voltage is applied to sharp point. All air ionization systems work by flooding the atmosphere with positive and negative ion, when ionized air comes in contact with a charge surface; the charge surface attracts ions of the opposite polarity. As a result the static electricity that has build up on products, equipment and surface is neutralized. Typically, air is very insulative with a resistive exceeding 10E15 ohms/meter. By increasing the numbers of ions in the air it is possible to lower the Resistivity of the air to 10E11 ohms/meter, there by making the air more conductive. Conductive air can neutralize the static charge on every surface that it contents. The field from the charged surface attracts ions of the opposite polarity until the charged on the surface is neutralized. The Static neutralizer is portable and uses a small fan to produce airflow. High voltages generated out of the supply line voltage are applied to stainless steel ion emitter points. These points produce intense alternating polarities, ionizing.

Static Dissipative Mat (Part No: MPM Common work surfaces made of wood, sun-mica generate static electricity very easily on friction. Covering these work surfaces with static dissipative mats ensures that all electronic components/ sub assemblies are safe while being handled, inspected or tested. The elastic band is made of polyester and woven stainless steel/nickel fibers on interior surface. Each unit comes with a 2m coil grounding cord with a built-in one mega ohm resistor for safety.

Easily mounts under the bench surface and offers 2 banana 4mm socket a single grounding cord from the bench mount connects both banana sockets to the earth. Each of the banana socket can be used to terminate ground cords of either table mats or wrist straps. Each operator working on a long table can be provided a bench mount socket for easy and convenient ground connection.

The 3 pin plug is useful in situations where a ready made ground connection for antistatic products is not available. It can be plugged into any 3 pin Ac socket having proper earth connections. The phase and neutral pins are made of insulating polymer pins, while the metal earthing pin is directly connected to the banana socket underneath. A wrist Strap or a table mat can be easily grounded using any 3 pin AC outlet.

The material is high on Optical Clarity and low on ionic contamination.

The use of Antistatic Conductive Fibre brush eliminates Static Electricity by grounding the charges generated in Textile Machinery, Paper Processing and Printing Machinery and Pharmaceutical machinery. The Brush is fitted on the machine to allow the soft conductive fibres to touch or be in close proximity of the material on which the static charges are being generated. The Static Charges are picked up by the fibre and are conducted to the metal holder of the brush which in turn grounds them through the Earthing of the machine. The Brushes are available in standard lengths of 250, 300, 350mm combinations of which are adaptable to most machines.

The Portable ESD field service kit helps repair technicians, engineers, inspectors handle static sensitive components/ systems on site.
