This is a variant of 2 way diaphragm valve known as the Zero Dead Leg construction. This valve is to draw out even a small amount of fluid while flowing through the valve. The valve changes its position into recycling mode, from third pipe part thus the fluid keeps running in the pipe line. We manufacture pneumatic cylinder actuator operated ‘Y’ type, 2/2 way globe valve and same construction is also available in ‘T’ type 3/2 way globe valve. These are available in compact design and the flow is better than convetional globe valve. These valves work effectively in fluids such as air, water, chemicals and steam, with a temperature limit of -15 to 180 degrees. these valves can be used for vacuum as well as pressure up to 10 Bar.

These valves are basically used pneumatic actuators as cyrcuitory valves. Pnematic actuators and cylinders cannot be operated without these valves. These valves works perfectly with compressed lubricated air and non lubricated air and gases and temperature required is 90 degree maximum. Pressure vacuum is required between 0-10 bar
