Industrial Metal Detector We design and develop a range of ultra search metal detectors that are in compliance with HACCP criteria. Available with stainless steel finish for easy clean and hygiene, our products have high sensitivity, reliability, low cost operation, high accuracy and stability. Our range of detectors are easy to install and easy to operate. Our products are have dual signal/dual channel design and are vibration & shock proof.
Our engineers have designed these metal detectors so that they are 100% indigenous and require minimum maintenance thus saving service budget. These detectors are capable of separating ferrous (iron)/ non ferrous (aluminum, copper, brass, silver, gold, etc.) & stainless steel. Our products come with product effect cancellation control and adjustable sensitivity. Our ultra search metal detectors function on auto reject mechanism and are offered with audio visual alarm. Conveyor Belt We design and develop a wide range of conveyor belts that are easy to install and easy to operate. Rugged, durable and simple, these belts are capable of easily moving heavy materials. Highly sensitive and stable, these belts come with automatic balance and modular plug in card system. These belts can be customized in dimensions as per the clients' specifications. We offer our belts with speed of 0.2 mtr/ sec or as per the clients' specifications. These belts are provided with guide plate on both the sides. Gravity Feed System Our range of gravity feed systems is manufactured using superior quality raw materials. These systems assist in inspecting free flowing bulk powder or granular materials that are passed through the vertical drop system. These systems come with 304 grade stainless steel reject valves that are electrically or pneumatically operated. Our systems are easy to operate and have modular plug in card system. Maintenance free, these gravity feed systems are offered with automatic balance, stainless steel finish for easy clean and hygienic design, dual signal/ dual channel design, product effect cancellation control, audio/visual alarm on detection. Incline Type Metal Detectors We fabricate a wide array of incline type metal detectors/ separators that are offered with stainless steel finish that helps in easy cleaning. Easy to operate, these products have Dual Signal/ Dual channel design. We offer our products with automatic balance, modular plug in card system, product effect cancellation control, audio/visual alarm on detection, adjustable sensitivity.

RPM Indicators
We design and manufacture a wide range of RPM indicator/controller-photo switch-buzzers that are available with RPM according to clients' requirements. The input comprises of proximity switch/encoder/limit-switch /Opto. The photo switch comes with 5A relay output and input LDR sensors. These products come with solid state buzzer that includes selectable 3-toner, AC/DC operated and panel mounted.

Cyclic Timer / Liquid Level Controller We manufacture a range of cyclic timer / liquid level controllers that is designed to perfection using superior quality raw materials. Yielding better efficiency and higher output, our products are widely used in different industries.
- Our range of cyclic timers come with ON :999 Sec/Min and OFF: 999 Sec/Min, control of 5A relay output. The range selection is dome by thumb-wheel switch.
- The submersible timer come with ON : 2 Min. to 60 Min and OFF of 20 Min. to 8 Hours. The other features of these timers include: reset, auto/manual facility and pump on indication. The range selection is done by rotory/switch.
- The liquid-level controller are offered in 1Ø & 3Ø. These controllers are available in a range of single tank/ double tank and level maintaining facility.

Our robust infrastructure comprises of a well constructed design office in an area of 2000 sq. ft. and a production unit at Rajkot in an area of 9000sq. ft. We also have our in house R&D Lab and excellent Calibration Lab. All our facilities conform to NPL/ISO standard and have NABL tracibility.
Our in house manufacturing unit has all the tools and machines to facilitate the different production processes easily. Capable of satisfying the bulk requirements of clients, our unit is fitted with best production machines that can work for long hours.
