About Us
Incepted in the year 1996, we have established ourselves as an eminent manufacturer and exporter of premium quality metal detectors & electronic instruments, industrial level controllers, cyclic timer controller and liquid level controller etc. Started with an objective to provide world-class electronic instrumentation based devices, today, we have come a long way with our facilities as per NPL/ISO standard having NABL traceability.
Our range of metal detectors protect different machinery from getting damaged by unwanted or "tramp" metal in product. Durable in quality and precision engineered, our full range includes: ultra search metal detector, conveyor belt, gravity feed system, incline type, rpm indicator/controller-photo switch-buzzer, cyclic timer, liquid level controller and electronic liquid level controller.
With our head office in Rajkot, we cater to a wide base of clients in national as well as international arena. We are also empowered with a team of competent professionals who enable us to meet the increasing demands of our clients worldwide. |

All the processes at our unit conform to the international standards and are carried out under the supervision of our quality managers. In order to deliver superior quality metal detectors & electronic instruments, we make sure that all the raw materials used are premium in quality. Procured from reliable vendors, they are first tested then used in the production process. Once the finished products are produced, they are tested using micrometer testing machines at our in house quality testing unit. State-of-art Infrastructural FacilitiesKeeping continuous quality improvement as our keyword, we are empowered with a fully equipped manufacturing unit. Our robust infrastructure comprises of a well constructed design office in an area of 2000 sq. ft. and a production unit at Rajkot in an area of 9000sq. ft. We also have our in house R&D Lab and excellent Calibration Lab. All our facilities conform to NPL/ISO standard and have NABL tracibility. Our in house manufacturing unit has all the tools and machines to facilitate the different production processes easily. Capable of satisfying the bulk requirements of clients, our unit is fitted with best production machines that can work for long hours. For a hindrance-free and uninterrupted production, the machines are constantly upgraded and maintained at regular intervals. |
