| Conveyor Belt Metal DetectorThe Conveyer Metal Detector is used to detect & seperate ferrous, non-ferrous & SS contamination from final bulk product or from packed food product.
Ultra search metal detectors are frequently supplied along with food grade belt and automatic reject mechanism. Optional belt stop with audio visual alarm.

As per ISO norms/HACCP Criteria selected items have to be scanned for any metalic contamination before international shipment.

Gravity Feed Metal Detector / All Metal SeparatorOur range of gravity feed Metal Decector is manufactured using superior quality raw materials. These systems assist in inspecting free flowing bulk powder or granular materials that are passed through the vertical drop system. This systme seprate ferrus, non-ferrus and Stainless Steel contamination from bulck power and granulas. These systems come with 304 grade stainless steel reject valves that are electrically or pneumatically operated. Our systems are easy to operate and have modular plug in card system. Maintenance free, these gravity feed systems are offered with automatic balance, stainless steel finish for easy clean and hygienic design, dual signal/ dual channel design, product effect cancellation control, audio/visual alarm on detection. These systems come with adjustable sensitivity and are vibration as well as shock proof.
