With the indian economy which is a fast growing economy of the world, and with an annual growth rate of 8% to 10%. This called for a rapid development in all sectors. Mascot engitech was founded by mr. Vamanrai patel and mr. K shaji in the year 1995 as an engineering and construction company under the name of reccon engineering at ankleshwar. With rapid growth in industrialization in the state of gujarat, the company diverted into mechanical engineering and marine engineering work. It simultaneously began to undertake major fabrication and erection of structural steel work, piping, erection of equipment, etc. In various industrial projects as well as marine projects. During the past few years, the company has ensured timely completion of all its projects. In the recent past, considerable thrust was given to the development of the marine sector. With a long coastline, shipping industry was booming in the state of gujarat. Mascot undertook the hull fabrication of vessels in modest infrastructure limited under the company name m/s aditya marine. Five hulls were successfully completed within the time frame and another five hulls are under construction. Along with hull fabrication, the company also undertook repair of vessels and did the refit of seven vessels to the customer's satisfaction at modest shipyard. Mascot engitech got formed in its present state by memorandum and article of association on 19 oct 2009 and sifted its office in the new premises at 308, surbhai mall, waghawadi road, bhavnagar. The fabrication work for the construction of the vessels are being undertaken by m/s mascot engitech pvt. Ltd. , in a professional manner being an iso 9001-208 company. With the quality of work being appreciated, m/s mascot engitech has bagged orders for the steel work fabrication of six osv for ongc at pipavav shipyard limited, india's premier shipyard. With the expansion in shipbuilding industry, mepl has set up a workshop for the manufacture of outfitting items like hatches, bollards manholes etc. The company employs the best talent in both techniacal and commercial fields.
