 Profile Established in the year 1992, at Noida, Uttar Pradesh, we Mascot Overseas Private Limited, are engaged in manufacturing, exporting and supplying a wide range of false ceiling systems, window covering products and other similar accessories. Our range includes metroc gypsum board, metacil mineral fiber board, metacil lay in tiles, metacil clip in tiles, metacil linear panels, metacil new false ceiling systems, metacil tee grid suspension system, mascot venetian blinds, mascot vertical blinds, mascot roller blinds, mascot bamboo blinds and mascot curtain rods.
We began initially as a trader of window covering and false ceilings with indigenous manufacturers. Further, to deliver high quality products, we import window covering products from various nations and supply them to the domestic market with the help of dealership network.

Today, we have set up a large factory at Kashipur for Tee Grid and metal ceiling under the brand name Metacil. We have also set up an another factory at head office Noida for assembling of vertical , venation, roller, Roman, wooden & bamboo blinds, designer curtains under the brand name Mascot.
