We offer highly durable pin gauges which are fabricated from superior quality steel and tungsten carbide. These are available with us in various sizes such as Tungsten Carbide Gauges :- Diameter : Ranging from 0.8mm to 16mm Increments Steps : 0.001mm, 0.01mm, 0.05mm, 0.1mm and 0.5mm Steel Gauges :- Diameters : 0.2mm to 20mm. These can be fabricated as per the specifications given by client in order to meet their requirements. We manufacture technically advanced pin gauges in a tolerance of 0.002mm or ± 0.001 mm to the nominal size. Sets of these pin gauges range from 0.5mm to 20mm diameter in various increments which are made as per the requirements of our clients. These are supplied with reversible type twin headed handles in order to facilitate attachment to both sides of the pin. Further, single pin are offered to with Aluminium Anodized Knobs which are available with marked top face for sizes that make it easy to identify. Moreover, pin gauge sets are provided with an attractive melamine coated wooden case for long life and easy storage of the pin gauges. | ||||||||
We offer qualitative range of snap gauges also known as gap gauges which are fabricated in steel and tungsten carbide in conformation with relevant IS standard blank design and tolerances. These are available in various sizes and designs as follows:
Each of the types as mentioned above are customized as per the requirements and specifications provided by the client in order to meet their requirements. Our single ended progressive type snap gauges are widely known for fast gauging method. Their front portion is GO member which passes through work-piece that is to be checked, when it reaches the NOGO member area it stops sliding. Hence, in one pass inspector knows the status of the work piece under inspection. Our double ended snap gauges have GO and NOGO sides which are slow method of gauging but more reliable allowing more gauging area that result in low wear and high gauge life. Adjustable type snap gauges facilitate flexibility of building up gauge within any size in the specified range. |

We offer wide assortment of precision engineered plain ring gauges which are fabricated in both steel and tungsten carbide. Tungsten Carbide Ring Gauges :- Available in various sizes ranging from inner diameter 3.5mm to 60mm. Steel Ring Gauges and Master Setting Rings :- Inner diameter 1mm to 200mm. Tungsten carbide ring gauges have an outer steel casing that provide protection to the inner carbide ring. Both of these ring gauges are used to check the outside diameter of work pieces which are also effectively used to check out roundness on the higher side. Further, master setting ring is used as a standard to set bore gauges, which is used to determine deviation from the master size. | ||||||||

We offer comprehensive range of precision engineered slip gauges which are fabricated as per various international standards such as IS: 2984 / BS: 4311 / DIN: 861 and American Standard CCC/C/15C. We utilize only superior quality Tungsten Carbide to manufacture our slip gauges in order to provide only qualitative gauges. The entire manufacturing procedure is checked by master calibration equipment in order to ensure reliable quality control activities. Our range of slip gauges have various qualitative features such as excellent surface finish and wear resistance. We maintain surface finish of these slip gauges below 0.2 of 1 micro-inch that result in maximum wringability in actual use. Further, the ultra-finish process employed eliminates each of the peaks and mounds the high quality finish of slip gauge enable them to provide long lasting tolerance levels. |
