This machine is manufactured, taking consideration of small four
wheelers engine workshops.
This machine is capable to re-bore the engine blocks and lines ranging
between 63 to 100mm.
A heavy duty, precision made and accurate automotive service machine,
especially designed to rebore the engine block and liners.

Fine Boring Machines (MI-1500S) |
'MASTER' vertical fine boring machine model MI-1500 is a heavy duty,
precision made and accurate automotive service machine, especially
designed to rebore the engine blocks and liners.
Base and column of this machine are of high grade casting and are
accurately machined, hard and ground guideways for smooth travel of
boring head.
The machine has a six-speed gear box.

| Cylinder
Honing Machine (MI-550) |
The hone block is mounted on a sliding device to facilitate quick bore
centering in a few seconds.
All the operations of the machines have been designed to be controlled
in an easy way.
In case of taper in the bore at the upper and lower portion. The hone
can be set at the particular level (inching).
The machine is DUCO painted to give it an excellent look.
This machine is completely noiseless in comparison with the hydraulic
one.
The machine is box - type which avoids the wastage of cooling liquid.
Due to its free flowing honing head, it can be adjusted left-right /
up-down in the cylinder, bore within seconds.

coolant pump.
Centrifugal pump provides constant water supply for better finish.
