• STEP I
  DEWATERING:
  In the beginning the tanks need to be emptied. Opening the drains does this or in the absence of drains high flow state of the art submersible pumps are used to do the work faster. This procedure is time consuming and hence needs to be planned in advance whereby the level of the water can be kept minimum. This helps speed up the work resulting in minimum time and no water shortage problem for the occupants.
• STEP II
  PRESSURE DECISION:
  In this step we have to check the condition of the inner walls of the tank. This helps us decide which jet to use, i.e. 30 to 180-bar pressure. In our work completion report we mention the outcome of our inspection, which helps you take corrective measures if your tanks are not in great condition.
• STEP III
  STERILIZATION OF OUR STAFF:
  Our laborer’s who are going to enter your tanks are given a disinfection bath to disinfect them from any bacteria, which they may carry.
• STEP IV
  DISINFECTION OF TANKS:
  A specially made disinfectant called CLODET is sprayed in every nook and corner, along with the side- walls with the help of a spray gun. After this about twenty minutes interval is taken. This helps to kill all the bacteria, viruses and micro-organisms present in the tank and loosens the stubborn fungus and algae which have formed on the walls of the tank.
• STEP V
  JET SPRAY:
  Water is sprayed at a decided pressure steadily with our state of the art jet spray, as near to the wall as possible. This rubs the walls with consistent pressure and removes all dirt, fungus and algae from the walls.
• STEP VI
  CLEANING OF THE BOTTOM:The bottom is cleaned again with our jet spray, vacuum cleaner and high absorbing sponges, which removes all the mud and other particles.
• STEP VII
  VENTILATION:
  All the lids of the tanks are kept open for 15 to 30 minutes. This gives proper ventilation to the tanks, which helps in removing odour and dries the tanks. After this the tanks are ready to be used again.
