• Highly adhesive and film maker
• Gets penetrated fast into yarn (cotton, PV, PC with different specification like (6 s to 100 s), (48 reeds to 300 reeds), (40 pick to 300 pick).
• Penetrate into warp yarn very fast and in large quantity
• Desizing is very easy and fast (with water)

Chemical Details Of M-soft

• Appearance: Milky white viscous.
• Odor : smell less
• Chemical type : organic compound.
• Solid content: 65 % ( – 2%)
• PH : 6 to 8
• Chemical reaction : no chemical reaction
• Storage:
  For best results this product must be used within 6 months of packing date and to be stored in cool & dry place. Also take precautions that carboy lid should be closed when not in use. Keep away from hit.

• Add M-SOFT (Softener)
• Stir for 40 minutes
• Heat till starch is completely cooked
• Transfer to sizing machine

Size Solution Making Guidelines

• Take the desired amount of water, add starch and stir
• Add M-BIND
• Add softener
• Stir for 40 minutes
• Heat till starch is completely cooked
• Transfer to sizing machine

• Change in humidity will not affect the size process.
• Stop static charge.
• M-10000 enhances effectiveness of other additives in size recipe.
• It reduces dropping during sizing and maintain pick up at maximum level.
• Fungus will not come on clothes and in size(kanji)
• No need to change size recipe for seasonal change. Same can be use for all seasons. You can try 2.5 liter M-10000 with 100 ltrs water where you are facing humidity problem.
• M-10000 can be use with any type of chemical. As it not react with it M-10000 is a unique product of its own which is giving good result to so many industries of Indian States like Gujarat, Rajasthan.
