Our Range of Tap Sharpening Machines is following.

Drill Sharpening Attachment

The drill point sharpening attachment used to resharpen taps which otherwise are thrown after using this unit you can resharpen taps at least 8 to 10 times and this will reduce tap procurement cost by 80 to 90%. Advance machinery is used in the production of this attachment. It is in accordance with if requisite norms and standards.

Reduces the tap consumption by 80-90%.
Do all this with the same quality input & much better tap availability.
Cutting edge concentricity within 0.03mm.
Suitable for 3 and 4 flute taps. Cams for 3 and 4 flute taps are supplied with attachment at no extra cost.
2 and 5 flute tap also can be re-sharpened. Cams for these can be had at additional cost.
Re-sharpens taps between centers.
Re-sharpens chamfer(throat angle edges) of taps.
Smooth uniform clearance.
Can be mounted on a any standard tool and cutter sharpening machine.
Easy to operate
Re-sharpens 30-40 taps per hour.
Mounting and setting is simple.
Use of taper of roller bearings gives controlled accurate rotation and consequent accuracy.
Taps without centers also can be re-sharpened with use of chuck. Accuracy of such taps depends on accuracy of chuck used.
Facilities for gunpoint re-sharpening can be provided at extra cost when required.
