Liquid Oxygen pumps are designed for assembly in air separation unit that works by pumping liquid oxygen, nitrogen and Argon and gasifying the same in Heat Exchangers for final filling of gas into cylinders. Cylinders are filled more and more with the help of special liquid pump, which pumps the liquid from the liquid source to the cylinder filling system.

Pump is designed as per the plant size and the liquid produced is continuously pumped with least monitoring required

• Pump consists of a stainless steel inside liner with liquid inlet and evaporated gas outlet pores

• There are no valves on these ports which are closed by the piston itself on the pressure stroke

• Third outlet is the main discharge outlet with the two non-return ball valves.

• The two valves remain firmly closed during suction strokes, due to high pressure in partially filled cylinders

• A positive pressure of 60kg/cm² has to be maintained to ensure that the valves are fully closed

• Cryogenic pumps can be supplied with a fixed motor or a variable speed drive

• Capacity available for pumping is from 20 cum/hr to 500 cum/hr.

CO₂ Cylinder filling pump is a special type of pump, which is used to pump the liquid source to the cylinder filling system. These days’ cylinders are filled more and more with the help of these cylinder-filling pumps.

The pumps are designed specially to take care of Liquified CO₂ at extremely low temperature and pressure (22 kg/cm²) and pumping the same to 80kg/cm² or more in cylinders

The complete piping circumference is made so that the pumps run continuously and the extra liquid returns back to the storage system.

We offer Cylinder Filling Manifold, which is equipped with headers, each having a provision for filling multi cylinders at a time. These are mainly required to fill cylinders with gases or liquids after they are processed and produced in gas plants.

Complete package unit automatically controlling the increasing pressure of tank below 22Kg/Cm²g by condensing CO₂ vapors inside of the tank. The unit comprises of the Following:

• Detachable external chiller with PUF insulation connected to vopour space of tank provided with isolation valves, safety valve & apparatus for auto-cut operation

•  Air cooled finned condensing coils provided with fan as per size and requirement of refrigeration load/ System.

• Refrigeration compressor hermetically sealed, Danfoss Maneurop Power Consumption – 5.0 K.W.

• Other circuit lines, controls, safeties and complete unit is compact and housed in a Single frame unit.

• The condensing unit can start and stop automatically within the range of set Pressure by pressure switch. The mode of operation will have both options i.e. automatic or manual.

An atmospheric vaporizer is an instrument, which vaporizes cryogenic liquids by using heat absorbed from the ambient air.
