In these starts Start-Delta operation is an automatic one, which is accomplished with a Timer fitted inside the starter. The time period from Star to Delta can be adjusted between 7 to 15 sec. The Starter is provided with Bimetallic Thermal Relay for protection against Overloading & Single Phasing Conditions.

Star to Delta Operation is accomplished with the help of a robust handle in this type of starter. Magnetic Overload Relay is provided for complete protection of the electric motor. Starters in rating 30HP to 50HP are housed in pedestal back body for convenient entry of cables.

These Starters are operated with 3-push button systems, in which the third push button (Yellow) is used to change the motor running sequence from Star to Delta Bimetallic thermal overload Relay is fitted in these starters for protection against overloading and Single Phasing problems.

• This panel incorporates Single Pole Miniature Circuit Breaker as Main Switch & for overload/short-circuit protection, single phase Contactor, Ammeter, Voltmeter & Indicator Lamp, Bimetallic Thermal overload Relay can also be provided on demand.
• Two high efficiency Condensers (Capacitors) are provided – one for smooth Starting & the other for efficient Running of the submersible pump.
• High grade bakelite Terminal Block is provided to facilitate the connections.

• Panel incorporates Three Pole MCB As Main Switch & for protection against over loading & Short-circuiting, three phase Contactor, Bimetallic Overload Relay for protection against over-loading & single-phasing, Ammeter, Voltmeter & three Indicator Lamps. Volt-selector switch can also be provided with Voltmeter.
• Single Phase Preventor cum Automatic Motor Starter Control Switch can also be incorporated If required.

Maxel Fuse are ideal for un-interrupted duty & repeated switching of power. Enclosures are made from special grade CRCA sheet-steel, which are Deep-drawn for 16 to 63 Amp & Fabricated for 100 & 200 Amp. and are duly phosphated prior to be powder coated, to ensure smooth & ever lasting finish against corrosive environmental conditions. Switches incorporate fully vitrified, hard paste glazed porcelain fuse units (Kit-Kats). Maxel Switch Fuse Units are robust in construction yet sleek in appearance, hence suitable for industrial, agricultural as well as domestic sectors

These Starters have Bimetallic Thermal Overload Relay with adjustable current setting as its safety device Relay can be set on different current settings depending upon the fully load current of the motor. Relay is compensated for the increase or decrease in ambient temperature so that it can invariably trip the starter in all weather conditions under abnormal conditions such as overloading & Single-Phasing.

MXMA are provided with Magnetic Overload Releases having adjustable Oil dash-pots which can be set for different percentage of motor full load currents. Its operation is independent of the ambient temperature. Hence the Starter is a reliable protection device against overloading and Single-phasing conditions.

• Housed in high grade Bakelite molded enclosure, this relay is bimetallic thermally operated &used for changing from Star to Delta connection in Fully Automatic Star-Delta Motor Starter.
• Time delay can be varied from 7 to 12 seconds.

Maxel Changeover Switches are ideal & conventional way to switch power supply from one source to the other with reliability, which can be used in industrial as well as domestic installations. The switches are of surface mounting type.
