Concrete Lining Paver

`MAXMECH’ Concrete lining paver is widely used for pavement of canal, Airport Apron & Runway roads, Flooring, Reservoir, Bridges etc. It consists of sturdy frame structure made from plates, pipes, & angles etc. The frames are normally made in length of 1220mm, 1830, 2440mm & 3660mm for easy handling. It consists of two hydraulic power pack units, one is at fix console from where the operator operates the machine & another is traveling unit i.e. undercarriage. Each unit is equipped with electric motor. The complete frame (according to the required length) is mounted on 4 Nos. heavy duty mechanical jacks which used for leveling of the machine. The four jacks are fitted on structure which carried 2 set of rollers i.e. 4 bogies runs on rail.

The fix console is fitted at one end from where the operator controls long travel speed & drum bogie operation. It is equipped with 10 H.P. electric motor and power pack. The undercarriage also consists of power pack unit equipped with 15 H.P. electric motor which operates drum, groove cutter, drum vibration.

The function of concrete lining paver is to finish the laid concrete in desired thickness & prepare a level finished concrete layer.

Expansion joint in concrete is prepared by two method, In first method transverse & longitudinal groove cutter (driven by hydraulic motor) are provided & in second method PVC inserter is provided longitudinally & in transverse direction.

Mobile Cement / Fly Ash Silo

`MAXMECH’ Horizontal Cement Storage Silo are most versatile silos available in different models ranging from 40 to 100 Ton storage capacity as per customer’s requirement.

It is used for storing cement and conveying it into Concrete Batching / Mixing Plant. It has two options for feeding the cement i.e. loose cement from bulker and bag cement manually from the top of silo. It can be also used for Fly Ash Handling.

`MAXMECH’ Horizontal Cement Storage Silo, HCS series consists of

Heavy duty sturdy chassis (200 X 75 ISMC) with 2 Nos. rubber coated steel wheels on one side for easy site to site transportation and 2 Nos. cross legs for installation of the silo on ground level.
Storage silo bin of 5mm thk. Plate and 150 X 75 ISMC bracing for support. There are 4 Nos. manhole for feeding the cement manually from top and cleaning the silo from inside.
Specially designed WAM make Horizontal and Vertical screw conveyor of 219mm dia. with adequate drive unit to feed the cement from Storage silo to Concrete Batching / Mixing Plant.
WAM make Dust collector, pressure relief valve, vibrator motors (4 Nos.).
4” N.B. pipe for feeding of cement from bulker into the Storage silo.

Transit Mixer

"MAXMECH" Transit Mixer is a strong well - designed piece of equipment meant for transporting concrete / mortar from concrete batching plant directly to the place where it is to be poured. It has a wide range of application specially for mass concreting works like Construction of Canals, Bridges, Highways, Dams, Multistoried & Industrial Buildings, Factories, Airports and for Ready Mixed Concrete Works (R.M.C.), etc.

"MAXMECH" Transit Mixer is a fully hydrostatic mounted on truck chassis. Hydrostatic power is transmitted by a high pressure axial piston type pump and motor, which permits infinite varying drum speed from 0 to 14 rpm in both directions. The control of pump for varying the flow is made by a push pull cable system, placed at discharge end. The pump gives flow to a high pressure hydraulic motor, which rotates the mixer drum through an epicyclical gear reducer. The mixer drum has double spiral type mixing blade inside it which ensures efficient mixing without segregation & smooth flow of concrete while discharging. The mixer drum & spiral are made from highly durable steel.
