The MAXMECH Hydrostatic Sensor Paver Finisher (9 mtr.) Model : 1790 is an Innovative product as well as the First Tracked Sensor Paver in India which is capable of placing pavements upto 9 mt. width and a depth of 300 mm. Designed and Manufactured at the state-of-art plant, it is equipped with the latest and the best components (critical components are all German) making it another winner from the House of MAXMECH.

This versatile Tracked Paver is suitable for all kinds of projects like Highways, Airport, Motorways, Main Roads, Rural roads, etc. achieving a laydown rates of upto 700 T/hr. The application areas include Bituminous material layer, Cement Treated Aggregate Base (CTAB), Water Bound Macadam (WBM), Sand & Gravel Layer, etc

Salient Technical Features of Maxmech -WMM Plant

  • "MAXMECH" WMM Plant has several outstanding technical features which make them the right choice for construction work.
  • "MAXMECH" pugmill unit is lined on the inside with 12 mm Ni-hard (Nickle Hard) replaceable tiles as against normal M.S. liner plate of 5 mm. thickness used by other manufacturers. These liners are for inner shell & side plate, Asa result of this minimum wearing occurs resulting in longer life of the pugmill as compared to other manufacturers.
  • "MAXMECH" pugmill arm & tips are of heavy duty design (inspired by German design) to achieve homogeneous mix especially the Ni-hard tips of size 264 mm x 134 mm x 32 mm thick as against small size of other manufacturers. As a result of this minimal wear & tear occurs, which in turn leads to Economical Operational Cost of the plant.
  • "MAXMECH" pugmill is designed to take overload of 20% in continuous operation without affecting the quality of mix.
  • Due to low power requirement in 'MAXMECH" plant against higher power consumption of other manufacturers there will be substantial saving in consumption of diesel in D.G Set; reflecting power efficient design.
  • All conveyor structures of "MAXMECH" plant are fabricated from heavy duty structure with adequate cross strengthening as against single channel provided by other manufacturers.

‘MAXMECH’ Slipform Kerbing Machine Model : MSK 9145 is a most versatile machine for making different types of kerb for highways, footpath upto 1220mm width & 150mm thk. small box gutters, etc.

The concrete for pouring into the mould should be of special mix design & should have slump of approx. 30 to 40mm for small section & 25 to 30mm for higher section.

The machine is basically self-propelled driven by a compact water cooled diesel engine, having a Rubber Padded Crawler track, of 910c/c & 240mm width at front driven by a powerful hydraulic motor with gear box.

At rear there are 4 idle solid tyres rubber wheels 2 on each side mounted equalizer beam. Complete machine is mounted on three hydraulic jacks, one at front & two at rear. The front portion carries crawler track and can also be steered by a horizontal hydraulic cylinder. The rear portion carries engine with rubber wheels one left hand side of the machine the mould box is suspended from the rear portion with receiving hopper for concrete. Two or three hydraulic needle vibrators are fixed inside the receiving hopper for consolidation of concrete before entering the mould chamber. The mould chamber is closed at front end & open at rear end with approx. length of 1500mm and with proper design so that on the machine propel in forward direction the concrete kerb is formed smoothly in slipform manner.

Two electronic sensors are fitted on side of mould box, the front one is for steering & second rear one is for grade. The machine follows the stringline which is laid & pre landed by theodolite along the length of the kerbing line slope sensor is fitted on the control panel at the centre of the machine.

The mould is of quick fit design & can be changed within 30 minutes max.
