• Tea-Chest cartons: These are used for packing bulky & light items like clothes, bed linen, shoes, sports equipment and others

Unless otherwise stated, the services are from airport to airport in which case clients have to arrange for customs clearance at destination

We offer different types of cover to choose from together with the premium charge:

Restricted Cover: This is the basic insurance for owner packed items covering physical loss or physical damage attributable to fire or explosion, vessel or craft being stranded, ground, sunk or capsized, overturning or derailment of land conveyance, collision or contact of vessel, craft or conveyance with any external object other than water, discharge of cargo at a port of distress or caused by:

Owner Packed: This is the basic insurance for owner packed items covering loss and theft but excluding damage and breakage. The charge is 2.5% of the declared value of the goods which includes our mediation fee of 1.6%

All Risks: This covers all goods that have been packed by us or our agents and includes loss, theft, damage and breakage. The charge is 3.5% of the declared value of the goods which includes our mediation fee of 1.75%

Additional Insurance
•Under our Global Insurance cover we can also transport High-Value consignments to various destinations. "UPON REQUEST"

• Clients must not  pack any items considered as dangerous goods for air carriage
  
• This conformance would be taken from you in writing
  
• Heavy fines & prison sentences may be imposed if clients send dangerous goods by airfreight

Baggage Shipping Storage: This covers storage of baggage if clients are not travelling to the destination immediately

Containerized Storage: This service is provided for larger storage of consignments. It includes:

We require from clients:

Needed documentation to be completed for ensuring prompt dispatch of consignment (the necessary papers would be supplied by us and must be returned to us duly filled by owner/receiver of goods). These documents include:

• Inventory/packing list
  
• Security declarations

We follow a healthy and well-defined environment policy. This include reuse of packing materials which will be re-cycled whenever possible.

Other salient features of this policy include:

• All waste materials generated are disposed of in such a way that they do not constitute a hazard to the surrounding environment
  

• Develop processes & systems where working documents are computer generated like e-mail / intranet, thus minimizing the use of paper
  

• Use of paper shredding machines throughout the offices. The shredded paper can then be used as packing material for fragile goods
  

• Whenever possible, removals co-loaded with other consignments, thus reducing vehicle usage & pollution
