Our range including in house acoustic enclosures, gen set acoustic enclosures, mobile genset with acoustic enclosures, heavy duty storage racks and material handling pallets etc. are designed and developed through our technologically advanced manufacturing and research facility.

In addition to this, we also offer fabricating services and turnkey projects in our range of acoustic enclosures and parts. Led under the able guidance of our Mr. Ajit Kuchu, we have been emerging as a fast-growing manufacturer of custom-fabricated sheet metal and machined parts, mechanical assemblies, cabinets, enclosures, and panels with fine finishes. • To import Amada’s high-speed CNC Turret Punch Press machine and Amada’s RG 100 CNC Sheet Forming Machine from Japan
• To establish a new factory in the MIDC area near Pune
• To train the management to achieve 100 crore turnover within few years

Our journey to the success has been started from the early nineties at Pune, the most important hub of the automotive & electro mechanic industry. Starting as a manufacturer and provider for genset industry, including engine parts and acoustic enclosures, we have covered a lot in this industry which can be summarized as follows:

• 1993: Maya engineering (established manufacturing unit at pune)
• 1996: Established design of acoustic enclosures for cellular application
• 1999: Completed 1000 nos. acoustic enclosures.
• 2000: Became authorized Cummins vendor for genset acoustics in India
• 2003: Capability enhanced to make biggest enclosures for gensets up to 2000 KVA
• 2004: Became authorized vendor for josts engineering co. ltd.
• 2005: Became authorized vendor for Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd. for small, medium and large engines
• 2006: Installed CNC machines to enhance production capability for exports.
• 2007: Technical collaboration with Apicom Italy, for design, production and assembly of test cells. Total business of the group: U.S. $ 3 M

Prior to the production of the jobs, we check the individual pre-production components are scanned and digitally evaluated by computer to check the accuracy of the tooling and machine set-up. Further, during production every step is checked with calibrated inspection equipment and reference is done to blueprints and job routings with special notes that accompany each job.

For testing, technicians use 6, 8, 12, 18, and 24 in. calipers, vernier and digital height gauges and granite surface plates located strategically throughout the production facility. Moreover, as per the quality assurance policy we stress on cost reduction and enhancing efficiency of our range.

Our infrastructural facility encompass of sophisticated manufacturing unit, latest design unit with CAD/CAM software, well equipped quality checking laboratory, research & development facility, and capacious warehouse with 20,000 units of storage capacity.

Leveraging on our latest designing unit and machinery we are able to offer acoustic enclosures and metal enclosures with full mechanical assembly. Our design facility has facilities such as AutoCAD (for 2-D) and Solid works (for 3-D) works. Further, these are facilitated with latest printers & Pentium Computers.

We use three dimensional computer aided technique for minimized noise levels and to enable machines withstand extreme weather conditions. Metalix programs for high-speed Amada presses are computer generated and sent to the machine controls. Pierced panels and blanks are formed using hydraulic press brakes equipped with automatic back gages and precision tooling. Welding, fastener insertion, painting, powder coating, electroplating, and assembly operations are performed on nearly all of Maya Engineering’s products.
