A transmission provides speed and torque conversions from a rotating power source to another device. Therefore, we offer a comprehensive range of Drive Transmission with thyristor control. The main drive is driven by a DC motor and all the units by a separate motor with belts and chains.

We hold expertise in providing Rotating pay- off devices that are provided with a robust fork in welded steel with motorized pintles. In these devices, the fork is fixed onto a disc supported on 'Gesadur' under rollers. Integrated with a pneumatic disc break, in which pressure is controlled through a regulator.

We are instrumental in providing Rotating Take Up Unit, which comprises robust fork in welded steel and fitted with motorized pintles. Our unit is provided with 4 speed selector by way of gear through which change is possible for different speed of take up. In this unit, reel is driven by a torque mortor.

Our clients can avail from us a wide range of Skip Stranders, which is highly productive and used for manufacturing wires & conductors. In order to provide smooth running, these stranders are provided with a bobbin hold on bearing pintle. Available in various specifications, our range of Skip Strander is helpful in improving process speed by keeping the elongation of wire under control.

We manufacture Sector Sensing Unit, which is well equipped with prespiralled cores that are guided through shaped rollers. These cores are based on the bearings and actuate limit switches/proxy. In case of any defect in the prespiralled lay, these cores operate the motor that are fixed on each pay-off unit.

We are engaged in offering Caterpillar Unit that is specifically designed keeping in mind the application requirements of various industries. This unit is driven by timer belts and chain, where belt drive is through 4 speed gear box and a differential. A pressure regulator varying the pneumatic pressure is provided in this unit on which pressure of the belts on the cable can be adjusted by a knob.

We hold expertise in manufacturing and exporting Traverse, which is driven by a AC geared motor. This unit is designed and developed using advanced technology in compliance with industry norms and standards. Our Traverse unit is used for the variety of positioning and reciprocating linear motion operation.

We are engaged in manufacturing an extensive range of Rotating Die Holders, which is adjustable to and fro for correct forming of the cores. These holders rotate the same rpm as the line of the cores and are best suited with wire drawing machines. By providing a working surface instead of a stationary point, these holders reduce die wear. In these holders, the die life gets extended and dimensions of the wire are highly concentric.
