Thus began the fantastic journey of the Mayur Group in the packaging world which has today made its Flagship Company MAYUR WOVENS PVT LTD India;s largest Manufacturer Exporter of PE/PP Woven Products. Mr. Shyam Tibrewal, chose Gujarat to be the place of his dreams, realizing the unparalleled advantages in India?s now No. 1 Stage. The beginning were made with a humble manufacturing setup capable of Processing 500TPA in the then State Capita Ahmedabad. Foreseeing the future of Plastic Woven Sacks (PWS) Mr. Shyam Tibrewal employed a unique business model based on Developing Customised Solutions in the packaging Industry. |
Quality Policy / ProcessesDefinition of Quality at MAYUR: Products made as per Customer Needs. Definition of Quality Assurance: Make a Mistake, learn from it & keep the mistake inhouse. Beside the driving force of our above 2 Mantras, we are equipped with one of the Most Advanced Quality Control Labs in the Country, where we sometimes even compare the Hardness of our Fabric Rolls & our final products are HARDER THAN STEEL. To further strengthen our QC, we employ 2 independent Inspection Agencies to inspect each & every consignment in our factory during production & prior to dispatch to ensure that our clients get a full report of what is in the container even before they receive it. Traceability is a passion at MAYUR, due to the immense pride we take in our products & our Motto that if MAYUR made it, it has to be Perfect. Thus all our bales/Rolls are marked with the Final approving authorities initials to ensure that any remarks from a client are addressed by the producer himself & if any improvements are to be made they are implemented immediately.
