We specialize in providing solutions to industrial process control problems. We take pride in quality of products . Our company is registered with NQAQSR (registration certificate no. 0053) for maintaining quality management systems as per ISO-9002:1994. All our products go through strict quality assurance program to maintain high quality levels. Our products are marketed and serviced through out India via dealer network. Our sales team and requirement for our products. Our products are being used in steel plants , oil refineries , plastics , furnaces , engineering units , plywood units , tea gardens , power plants etc.

All instruments , systems and equipment supplied by us are guaranteed against defective material or workmanship for twelve months from the date of commissioning or eighteen months from the date of dispatch , which ever is earlier . The guarantee is on ex-works basis . For availing of service during the guarantee period , the equipment must be sent to our Calcutta works at the cost and risk of the purchaser.

        The guarantee does not cover damages or losses caused during transit , faults caused due to negligence and misuse , faults caused due to improper installation or any alteration carried out in the equipment . The guarantee is also not applicable for any RTD's , thermocouple sensors and fuses .

        If service is required at site during the warranty period , the purchaser shall have to bear traveling , boarding and lodging expenses of our representative.

        Under no circumstance we shall be responsible for any consequential damages of any nature whatsoever arising out of usage of the equipment.
