Expertise in handling all types of claims including claims under Loss of Profit (Consequential Loss), Fire, Miscellaneous and other Policies. He specializes in recreation of accounts in case of total loss cases. Also specializes in insurance law and arbitration matters.

He is an approved valuer of stocks and other financial assets such as goodwill etc.

Sudhir Gudal
B.E (Civil), M.I.E, F.I.V, Chartered Engineer

Is a licensed Structural Engineer and a Chartered Engineer with over 17 years of experience in the fields of Designing, Project execution and Valuation of Civil Structures. He has over 10 years practical experience of handling large Civil projects.

Has over 6 years experience and expertise on handling insurance claims related to loss to building and machinery consequent to fire, flood, marine and engineering hazard. He specializes in handling arbitration cases related to Fire, Engineering and Jeweler’s Block Policies.

As a Chartered Engineer and Approved Valuer, he is a qualified valuer and does regular valuation and certification of buildings and industrial structures for use by insurers and bankers.

Is a Civil Engineer with over 48 years of experience in the field of Civil Engineering. He has successfully completed many large Civil Projects for various Government and Non Government Organisations including the Military Engineering Services. At Magus, he advises our clients on various key issues in the valuation of Properties and claims relating to Damage to Buildings etc.

Vijay Khanna

Is a retired Divisional Manager of Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd., has over 39 years experience in the field of insurance. Mr. Khanna also teaches insurance as a subject in various colleges and management institutions in Mumbai. At Magus, he provides underwriting related advice to clients, assists in claim management and also conducts policy audits.

Juzar Khandwawala

Is a Chartered Accountant with 4 years experience in the field of Insurance, Taxation and Finance. Juzar has worked extensively for M/s RMJ and Associates, surveyors, and has handled several surveys and claims in different portfolios such as Fire and Miscellaneous. Juzar specializes in claims under the Brokers Indemnity Insurance Policy, and has offered advice to various large brokers for claims under this policy.
