McLube Mold Release

We are engaged in manufacturing and supplying a wide range of McLube Mold Release like rubber mold release, urethane mold release, frp mold release, composite frp mold release which is based on polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), fluorochemical and resin based formulations. These are specially designed for use with all types of rubber, plastic, composites, and polyurethane parts and are suitable for use in a wide variety of molding and other processes, including laminating, extruding, filament winding and hose manufacturing. In addition to this, we are also engaged in providing expert technical consultation to help our clients obtain optimum performance with all of our products.

Rubber Mold Release

Offering an extensive range of Mold Release Agents and Rubber Mold Release, which is excellent agent for organic rubber compounds. These MAC-860 is a water based emulsion of a film forming resin. Further, these resins cure to form a clear, colorless coating with excellent release and anti-stick characteristics. Our mold release agents finds extensive industry application and used for all molding processes such as compression molding, injection molding, rim molding and transfer molding.

MAC 860 Water Based Semi-Permanent Mold Release Agent

MAC 444NPB NonFlammable Mold Release Agent and Dry Lubricant

The Nonflammable, solvent based, translucent white dispersion of PTFE particles, which doesn’t contains no VOCs. Further, the low coefficient of friction makes it an excellent dry lubricant for a wide variety of applications. These are highly effective with all types of molding processes and molding temperatures to 550° F.
