McLube Moly & PTFE Lubricants

The extensive range of Moly & PTFE Lubricants offered by us includes moly oil dispersions, greases and pastes. These are developed to meet the industrial and military requirements from delicate watch mechanisms to the brutal stress of aircraft carrier launching systems. These dry film lubricants contain moly (molybdenum disulfide) and PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) to ensure that synergistic effect. Thus, our range is useful for all types of surfaces including machine parts and fittings, gears, cams and springs; leather, plastic and elastomeric gaskets and packing; natural and synthetic cords, twines and cables.

 

These lubricants reduce power input and prevent part seizure by minimizing friction and work into surfaces to promote longer wear life, repel dust and contaminants. This helps to provide superior protection against scoring, surface corrosion and extreme pressure. Our McLube moly oil dispersions are formulations of moly in various oils to be used on plain bearings, sliding surfaces, threaded connections, press fittings and open gears. Therefore, these are particularly suited for use in hard to reach areas. Further, moly greases and moly pastes contains moly (molybdenum disulfide), which makes these ideal for high and low temperature applications. With the addition of moly yields grease and paste lubricants, which carry high loads, reduce wear, lower maintenance costs, are environmentally safe and can, replace more hazardous and wasteful lubricants. MAC 419 Rubber Lubricant Coating

Water based rubber lubricant emulsion of a fluorochemical/ resin mixture. Provides a dry, colorless film with a very low coefficient of friction and excellent lubricating properties. Intended for use as a lubricant on rubber, plastic and metal parts.

MAC 422 Water Based PTFE Lubricant

MAC-422 is an aqueous dispersion of finely divided PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) particles. It will air cure in minutes providing a durable, dry, colorless film with excellent lubricating properties, a low coefficient of friction, and excellent stick-slip characteristics.

McLube 1829 Rubber Lubricant

Excellent water based, white to off-white, fluorochemical/ resin emulsion. Assembly lubricant for all types of cured rubber parts and extrusions.

McLube 1700L Dry Film PTFE Lubricant

Dry film lubricant and coating that will bond tenaciously to all surfaces. Provides a colorless film with excellent lubricity and a low coefficient of friction.

McLube 1725L Dry Film PTFE Lubricant

Solvent based bonded dry film PTFE lubricant and coating that will bond tenaciously to all surfaces. Provides a colorless film with excellent lubricity, low coefficient of friction.
