 | Air Cure Mould Releases & Antistick These Colorless Air Cure Mould Releases & Antistick are solvent based dispersion of solid active ingredients that exhibits low friction and excellent antistick characteristics. These mould releases are applied on the heated surfaces of silicone and fluororelastomers.
As these furnishes dry colorless coating, these are effective for releasing rubber and plastic compounds and provides multiple release cycles without transfer to molded parts with no buildup on the mold. We supply these coatings in 1Litre, 3.5Litre, & 20Litre Containers.
How to use: To ensure optimum release results, mold surfaces should be cleaned by solvent such as acetone, or toluene and dried prior to molding. The molds can be sprayed, dipped , washed or brushed with the coatings. Two coats should be applied on the mold and are left for drying before the application of another coat.
These solvents are flammable, and thus, the product should be kept away from heat, sparks and flames. Adequate ventilation should be employed, especially in enclosed areas. Smoking should not be permitted and contamination of tobacco products should be avoided.
Properties:
- Effective for all types of rubber and plastics compounds
- Particularly recommended for silicone and fluoroelastomers
- Clean, dry, colorless, and non-oily
- Contains no oil, grease, stearates, waxes or silicones
- Requires no curing step
- Will not transfer to molded part
- Will not lead to build-up on the mold
- Will not interfere with post-furnishing operations
- Will not cause knit lines on molded parts
- Gives multiple releases per application
- Chemically and thermally stable
- Usable to 5000F
- Leads to increase productivity and reduced scrap rate

 | Release Coating For Polyurethane We manufacture non toxic release coating for molded polyurethane parts. These release coating provide fast and easy removal of molded polyurethane parts. These can be comfortably applied on cast urethane, foams, and integral skin products. We pack these products in 5 liters and 20 liters containers.
How to useThe release coating should be diluted with toluene, hexane or heptane in the ratio of 1:5. After dilution a thin film should be sprayed over the clean mold and the surface should be left for drying. Baking of the mold is not required. For maximum durability freezing of the products should be avoided.
Properties:
- Fast air cure
- No migration
- Improved part appearance
- Reduced rejection
- Non-staining
- No build-up

 | Release Coating For Polyurethane- MA 8500 A These are formulated to be used on the molded polyurethane parts. These provide fast and easy part removal with no transfer and multiple release cycles per application. These mould release coating can be easily applied on various molds viz, cast urethane, foams, Integral skin as well as polyester and epoxy materials. We pack these coatings in 5 liters and 20 liters containers.
How to use
A fine film of MA 8500 should be sprayed on the clean and dried mold. Before the application of the second coat the mold should be properly dried so that the solvents get evaporated.
Although the ingredients are non toxic but standard industrial practices should be employed while applying these coats. Contact to eyes should be avoided to avoid any hazardous effects.
Properties:
Easy to use and fast air cure
No migration
Improved part appearance
Reduced rejection
Non-staining
No build-up |

 | Release Coating For Polyurethane MAC- 715 We offer non stainable semi-permanent release coating for molded polyurethane parts. Being easily applicable these mould release coatings are used with cast urethane, foams, integral skin as well as polyester and epoxy material. To meet the varied requirements of our customers we supply MAC-715 in 1 liter, 3.5 liters and 20 liters containers. How to use
These should be applied to a clean and dry surface. A thin even film is sprayed over the entire surface to be coated and is left for certain time period to dry. If required the film is applied again for fine coating.
The solvent used in the manufacturing of MAC 715 is flammable, so these should be stored in highly ventilated area and are always kept away from heat, sparks and flames. Properties:
- Fast air cure
- Improved part appearance
- Easy to apply
- No build up
- Non staining
- No migration
- Non staining

 | Water Based Semi Permenant Release Coating We manufacture MAC 797 water emulsion that forms clear and colorless coatings. These forms excellent releases and has antistick characteristics. Because of outstanding adhesive properties to various substrates, these are used as release coatings for molding rubber compounds including EPDM, NBR, SBR, Polyurethanes and fluroelastomers and fiber / resin composites, including epoxy, polyester, thermoplastic and thermoset resins and fiberglass laminates.
Proper application of these coatings helps in achieving maximum number of releases per application. We supply these in 5 liters and 20 liters plastic containers to meet our clients’ requirements. How to useThese can be applied to hot or cold mold but preheating of the mold to 200OF facilitates the evaporation of water thus enhancing the coating effect. After applying two coats the mold should be heated to 300OF or higher and held for at least five minutes to effect curing of the release film.
To prevent any hazardous effects of MAC 797 safety glasses should be used and gloves should be worn. These should be properly stored at normal temperature and covered properly to avoid evaporation.
Properties:
- Heat resistance
- Dry, clean, colorless and non-oily coating.
- Multiple releases per application.
- No interference with post molding operations.
- Doesn’t cause knit lines
- Usable up to 550OF.
- High lubricity

 | Mandrel Lubricant For Right Flexible Hose Manufacturing We manufacture solvent based mould release under the brand name of Mc Lube 1733 H. These are supplied in 5 liters, 3.5 liters & 20 liters containers. These are the solvent dispersions of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) particles that provide durable, dry and colorless film antistick and lubricant coating. These provide excellent mandrel ejection to variety of hose constructions and compounds.
The coatings produced by McLube 1733H are temperature stable and is unaffected upto 5000F temperature. The coatings don’t volatilize during cure and eliminates pinholing and other surface defects.
How to useThe lubricant is applied on the clean mandrel. For less concentrated dispersion dilutions of Mc Lube 1733 H can be done by the same solvent that is present in the product like heptane / butyl acetate blend, or any other convenient organic solvent.
The solvents of Mc Lube 1733 H are flammable so the product should be kept away from heat, sparks and flames. Smoking should not be permitted while using McLube 1733H, and use of tobacco products should be avoided in the premises. Adequate ventilation should be employed, especially in enclosed areas and temperature should be maintained below 5500F.
