This category includes component made out of aluminium, copper, stainless steel in thickness as applicable to customers. Process involves stamping, beading, annealing (Wherever applicable) & finishing operations. We also undertake multi-layered sandwich type of gaskets.

These Gaskets are made by sandwiching Asbestos/ NonAsbestos material with Copper/Steel Layers. The area of application of these Gaskets are for Cylinder Head, Inlet & Exhaust manifolds in Automobile and Stationary engines.

These Gaskets are made out of Cellulose based material with Nitrile Binder, oil paper, Asbestos based Material (wherever applicable), Non Asbestos based material and Cork based material. The main application of these Gaskets are Gear Cover, Oil sump, Outlet manifold,Tappet Cover and other similar applications.

These includes components for specific applications. These are made out of plain carbon steel, spring steel, stainless steel ranging in thickness as per customers requirement. e.g. Retainer spring seat, Lock plate, etc. In addition we also undertake special components like circlips, snaprings, belivelle washers etc

(In accordance with DIN 7603 & IS 3175): The washers range from 0.50 to 4.00 mm thickness & are made out of copper, aluminium,vulcanized fibre & woolen felt. Processing includes punching, de-burring & annealing (in case of metals only)

Overview (All shapes and sizes as per customers requirement): Shims are made in thickness from 0.050 mm upwards and in variety of material like LowCarbon Steel, Spring Steel, Stainless Steel or any other Ferrous / Non Ferrous material.

Graded Shims made out of EN 31 material.Various standard sizes available.Flatness and Parallelism is mantained within 0.005 mm.

Hot Forged and CNC machined components upto 2 Kgs such as Spacers, Couplings, Bearing Retainers are manufactured and supplied to Automotive Axle and Transmission applications. Various operations like heattreatment, Hard turning, Cylindrical grinding are carried out.

M D Industries offers quality stamped and formed Austempered components for your wide range of applications. The components include Clips, Hose Clips, Stamped Parts, Multi Formed components.

The material for spacers include plain steel, casecarburising steel, hardened & tempered spring steel (viz. SAE 1070 SAE 1080). These are made in thickness as per customers requirement & in maximum diameter up to 100 mm. Processing of spacers involve punching, machining, casecarburising / thru hardening, surface grinding up to finish 0.4 Ra.Flatness and Parallelism is achieved under 10 microns and super finishing wherever required. We also make special spacers with grinding on ID/OD and also having oil grooves on the surface.

M D brand Circlips and retaining rings are widely being used by all the OE's & OEM's in India Automotive sector. The range includes A type, B type, E Clips, Retaining Ring and special shape circlips made out of Spring steel material generally SAE 1075 or SAE 1080.The circlips are Austempered to produce a bainitic microstructure for increasing the endurance strength. The world wide standards of DIN ,ANSI are followed for the Circlips.
