Zinc coating Z120; Z180 and Z275 as per ASTM std (75 to 275 GSM) or as per customers, requirement. Conforming to JIS 3302, JIS G3141, EN 10326/ EN 10327, AS 1397, IS 277, ASTM A 653/A 653M, standards.
Features:
- Thickness from 0.14 mm to 2.5 mm.
- Width for plain coils/sheets up to 1220 mm.
- Width for galvanized corrugated sheets is 1000 mm before corrugation and 914 mm after corrugation.
- Regular spangle/ minimized spangle-skin passed-chrome passivated & oiled.

| We supply color coated coils (pre-painted) sheet/ coils, galvalume coils. The distinct advantage of the coil coating process is its ability to provide a uniform coating with very reproducible thickness, color and glass, in order to achieve better life and aesthetics.
Coil Coating Process:
- Cleaning Of Sheet
- Chemical Coating
- Drying
- Primer Application (on both top & bottom)
- Curing Of Primer
- Top Coat & Back Coat Application
- Guard Film Application.
Features of Coating Coils:
- Width: 1220 mm or any combination of slit width.
- Thick: 0.25 to 1.20 mm.
- Coating: 5 micron of primer and 20 micron of top coat on top side. 5 micron of service coat on back side. As per ASTM A653, ASTM A755, JIS G3312, EN 10609
