M.E ENERGY has designed, manufactured and installed a number of Thermal Oil Heaters & Systems for temperatures upto 390 Deg C, suitable for any kind of liquid or gaseous fuels, in Horizontal or Vertical concentric helical coil designs, in accordance to DIN standards.

These heaters are supplied with back end or integral air preheating arrangement to maximize thermal efficiency.

Users include customers from Polyester industry, Graphite industry, Food Industry, Chemical Industry, Automobile Industry etc.

Upto 29% of the heat input to a Gas or Oil engine is lost to the atmosphere through the engine jacket coolant. What is more, sinking this heat to the atmosphere entails additional costs, due to the capital and operating cost of a cooling tower or a Radiator bank employed for the purpose.

M.E ENERGY provides plug & play solutions to recover this waste heat fully and for utilization of the same in the process for such varied application as process heating, boiler feed water preheating, hot water/ hot air generation, vapour absorption chilling etc. M.E ENERGY has an installation base of 200+ already.

The system is supplied with energy savings devices for cooling tower/ radiator bank as optional items.

There are a number of manufacturing processes where heat is generated and/or rejected by the process or process effluents. Similarly, flue gases of fuel fired heaters emit a lot of heat, which can be recovered by employing custom built systems to generate cash savings.

Some of the special projects executed by M.E ENERGY are:

• Recovery of waste heat generated and rejected to cooling water in an exothermic reaction, to generate 1200 kg/h steam
