Mec Elec Industrial Services specializes in fabrication, repairs, refurbishment and testing of CNG cylinder cascades. We manufacture both Vehicle Mounted as well as Static cascades for clients who have the following requirements: - High-pressure natural gas at their sites
- Storage of CNG to be used at lower pressures downstream
- At CNG Daughter stations where Piped Natural Gas is not yet available
Mec Elec’s distinguished clients for CNG cylinder cascades include Mahanagar Gas Ltd., Ashok Leyland, Tata Motors, Godrej & Boyce etc.
Our sister concern, Gacyl Inspection Services is authorised by the Chief Controller of Explosives, Nagpur for the inspection, testing and certification of CNG, Auto-LPG, Hydrogen, Methane and other flammable gases.
We also manufacture cylinder cascades for other industrial gases like Hydrogen, Nitrogen, Oxygen, Argon etc.

Stage-wise-inspection, testing & certification under SMPV (U) rules.
Includes studying the fabrication drawing, welder qualification test, identification & stamping of the plates, alignment / setup inspection, back chip D.P. checking, radiographic inspection, pneumatic testing of the reinforcement pads, stress relieving, dimensional check, final hydraulic testing, stamping and certification.
Bulk & non bulk petroleum installations includes inspection of the site, storage tanks, safety distances, tankers decanting facility, electrical fittings, pumps, earthing, pipe lines, sprinklers, fire hydrants, fire hydrant pumps etc. as required under petroleum rules, API & OISD codes.
