Block Riser Cutting Machines
Our special purpose Block Riser Cutting Machines used for diecast cylinder block cutting machine. This machine is very user- friendly and away from complexities. We ensure of their efficiency in working and functionality which matches the highest quality standard.
The above models have been developed to produce cleaner cuts with a higher economy on abrasive disc. This is due to the cutting head oscillating at a particular frequency thereby reducing the arc of contact on the material hence reducing heat generation resulting in a longer disc life. Further due to the oscillating cutting motion, larger sections can be cut with a smaller capacity motor. All the above models are complete with a recirculating coolant system built-in. Additionally the above models have optional material handling equipment that can be ordered with the machine and will be quoted separately upon request.

Our masonary brick refractory cutting machines are used to cut refractory bricks, blocks, tiles, marble, stones, concrete, glass and many more. These special machines are provided for large refractories, cement pipes, prestressed concretes, M.S. plates , etc. We have designed it to provide a smooth cutting process. This machine has a foot operated cutting head. Also its cutting head height is adjustable vertically in 8 levels with a spring-loaded knob located in the front of the machine for operator convenience. An Aluminum Roll-O-Matic table equipped with a self-gripping rubber surface holds the job in place. The table is moved on rails with frictionless bearings for cutting of non-metal materials like refractory bricks, glass, ceramics, tiles, alumina, mag - spinel bricks as well as tubes. The diamond saw for your requirement is 18" (450mm) in diameter (quoted separately below). The machine is equipped with an effective re-circulating coolant system. The machine has rear splash guards to prevent coolant spillage. Its starters for the main motor and the coolant pump motor are placed on the front side of the machine for operator's convenience.

We also offer our clients the ring cutting machines for the ring cutting purpose which are been used to cut tyre rings made of aluminium. These machines are designed as per the tyre rings and can be customized as per the clients need.
We are prominent manufacturer of special purpose machines which are designed to cut engine head risers of aluminum castings. It works with a capacity from 15 HP to 40 Hp and has a saw diameter from 16 inches to 39 inches.
Totally enclosed metallurgical specimen sample cutting machines suited for wet cutting of odd as well as conventional shaped samples and sizes. These models come with a variety of table bed choices i.e. 'T' slotted with a screw feed in 'Y' axis or with both 'X' & 'Y' axis adjustable movement. A job holding vice is fitted on top of the compound table for clamping the specimen. These models come with an external operating handle. A re-circulating coolant system is also provided and pump sizes vary according to the various models. These machines are equipped with rexine splash guards in addition to the side and rear paneling. Machines that have a dual axis movement come with an option of an extension 'X' axis handle outside the machine. Internal lighting is provided in all enclosed models as well as toughened glass view windows on the front sliding doors.
