We manufacture CNC lathe machines that have innovative designs and efficacy in operation. The CNC lathe machines made by us have a vertical bed, fixed tail stock with programmable quill and concrete filled bed. We have fitted this machine with the latest Siemens 802D control, which makes it a attractive bet both in terms of commercial and technical viability.

We are also one of the few counted names to offer CNC vertical turning centers of sizes ranging from 450 dia onwards up to 1000 dia.

Featured with long working life, it consists of cross slide that is fixed with the turret slide moving 600 mm for machining components up to 600 mm in height. The drive consists of pair of pulleys and poly ‘V’ belt for smaller machines up to 600 dia which can work up to 1000 rpm and through a reduction gear arrangement for bigger machines with a maximum rpm of 300.

It also contain A2 11 size spindle, which is housed in preloaded double taper roller bearings and can deliver up to 22 Kw power. The ‘X’ and ‘Z’ axis slides are on LM guide ways for smaller machines and turcite coated guide ways for the bigger machines.

The smaller machines are fitted with 8 station umbrella type turret and the bigger machines with a 4 station turret.
