Mechatronics Solution Pvt.Ltd. ( MSPL) provides design of natural gas plants from the wellhead to the pipeline and biogas plants from the digester to the pipeline. Circular clarifier is the most famous design of clarifiers and it is preferred for secondary classification . It is used for both primary and secondary units in smaller plants. The design of the circular clarifier must consider a balance between the necessity to the dissipate energy while assuring the flow to the clarification zone is balanced. Circular clarifiers provide continuous removal and separation of suspended solids from water and wastewater and that too at low cost.

Variations of Circular Clarifiers
Circular clarifier can be used in various options:

Conventional Circular Clarifier with Central Drive: It is provided with a central rake drive mechanism that is supported on a bridge. It can either be half bridge or full bridge according to the clarifier tank size or the requirement of plant.

Conventional Circular Clarifier with Peripheral Drive: It is offered with a rake drive which travels on the peripheral tank wall. It is pivoted at the centre and is carried on an properly sized bearing supported on the centre pier.

Bagging Systems: MSPL manufactures custom based unpacking & packing solutions depending upon the packaging case,  material packed etc.

 De Bagging Systems: - This is an fully automatic debagging machine for debagging powdery material packed in HDPE, Paper, PE bags varying form 120 bags/hr to 400 bags/hr.

Bulk bag unloading system – Equipment for emptying the 50 kgs to 1000kgs at the rate of 10 bags/hr to 60 bags/hr equipped with de-dusting system, vibro-screen and inbuilt filtration system.

Packaging system -  For packing 25 kgs  - 1000 kgs bags. Machine is installed below the storage hopper. PLC controlled system with electro-pneumatic and electro-mechanical mechanism`s giving the maximum rate of 300 bags/hr.

Manganese processing equipment Jigger machine Our Saw-tooth Wave Ladder Jig is a new type of energy saving and high efficient gravity separation equipment and developed based on the traditional Sine Wave Jig. The difference between Saw-tooth Wave Ladder Jig and Sine Wave Jig is that the pulsation curve for jigging is saw-tooth wave shape, with speedy upward flow and slow downward flow. Bed layer is elevated integrally and slowly dropped with a long effective loose time, allowing significant increase of handling capacity for unit screen surface, decrease of lower limit of grain size recovery and large save of make-up water for undersize fraction.

While making steel there is about 20% slags for every ton of steel. Slag metal content can be 10-25% .
