The product displayed here is made by aluminum sand casting. It contains various types of grooves, which exits inside the casting. It is designed as to cater our client's specific requirements. The product showcased here is purposed specially for automobiles industry and used in automobiles. Further changes are made according to the client’s samples.

We manufacture variety of sand cast products for different manufacturing units, assembling units, etc. These products are primarily based on prototype, sample or drawings approved by the client. The automobile part showcased comprises of three components, the wall thickness is of 2mm and it is induced with requisite tolerance. We offer integrated gravity aluminum die cast products. These castings are made by advanced die cast process, which makes them robust, rust & corrosion proof and ensures durability. These products are designed as per specific drawings provided by client. The showcased product has different angles on the webs and the hubs are to be fitted with FRP blades and rotated at 2800RPM. These hubs are used in making cooling / Exhaust fans.
