We are offering Fly Ash Bricks Making Plant MECH-06 which is a standard general machine based on hydraulic operation. It is applicable in manufacturing bricks from the waste fly ash. In addition, this machine is supported with 2 Nos. of vertical down stroke double acting cylinder units for Pressing; 2 Nos. of vertical up stroke cylinder nits for block ejecting; one number of horizontal double acting cylinder unit for filling the raw material; conveyor with gear box for removing blocks. The machine is supplied with the following accessories:

• Gear box with 2 HP Motor
• One set of mould for 8 Bricks (without hydraulic oil)

The slandered Brick Size of Length x Breath x Height: 230 x 105 x 75 mm of 12,000 bricks per eight hour shift.

We are engaged in manufacturing Interlock Brick Making Plant which is a standard general machine based on hydraulic operation. It is suited for manufacturing inter lock type of bricks from the cement mixer and/or soil block. It is an electrically power operated, hydraulic based interlock soil block making machine designed for perfection.

The precision engineered machine has the following attributes:

• Steel fabricated construction
• Double acting vertical movement pressing cum-ejecting cylinders
• Double acting horizontal movement clamping cylinders
• Electrically actuated push button controlled solenoid operated ram movement control.

In addition, it is also supplied with two sets of dies for making interlock blocks, electric motor of 7.5 HP, 3 Phase, AC and electric control panel with auto & inching mode (without hydraulic oil)

The die size suitable for making the bricks of Length x Breath x Height: 5 x 6 x 11 & 5 x 8 x11 of 720 bricks, per eight hour shift.
