Baking oven is an insulated, rectangular Tunnel with multiple combustion Zones ( each with a burner ) allowing smooth movement of the metallic oven band conveyor supported on shaft mounted rotating drums on bearing at both ends ( outside oven ) & driven by Geared Motor with VFD for speed control to achieve desired level of Baking. Imported / indigenous make oil / LPG Fired Burners , circulation & Turbulence Fans. Radiator Tubes, Air Control Dampers & Chimneys combine together to provide right amount of heat inside oven for continuous baking of Biscuit.
Insulation material ( mineral wool , ceramic , silicate ) in suitable form are used to conserve heat. Control Panel with all necessary & appropriate instrumentation are provided to monitor continuously & control desired Baking parameters including Auto Control ( on - off ) of all burners.
Stripper conveyor at the delivery end of the oven is an integral part & is provided to perform its specific intended function.
