The automatic vibratory type flour sifter,which incorporates screw conveyor, sieves for flour with a capacity of 12 sacks of flour  (90kgs each) per hour. The flour sifter unit comprises of the following components :

a) A flour hopper for carrying the flour charge for discharging into the machine.
b) A horizontal screw conveyor for carrying the charged flour forward.
c) A vertical screw conveyor for carrying the flour to a certain height before releasing into the vibratory siever.
d) A vibratory siever unit with a sieve mesh for sieving the impurities from the flour.
e) One 1 HP flange mounted motor for driving the vertical screw conveyor.
f) One 1 HP foot mounted motor coupled to a suitable worm reducer gear box for giving vibratory motion to the sieving unit.
g) Two electrical starters for operating the screws and vibratory sieve to be provided.

Hammer type biscuit grinder comprises of two SS Pulverizing which will have one gyrating hammer impeller driven by a 5 HP Motor. The impeller will Impart motion to the broken biscuits into the machine which will pulversize Broken biscuits through disintergration and the biscuit dust will be collected in a container through Screen ( mesh size 16-18 ) at outlet. Top hopper will be fabricated from SS 304 , fitted with removable magnet Separator in the hopper.
