Our organization is engaged in manufacturing a wide range of Blood Grouping Reagents. These are essential tools for diagnostic laboratories specialized in serology. Blood Grouping Reagents are used in several serological tests, especially focused on red blood cells and platelets.
We offer a quality range of Anti AB (5ML/ 10ML/BULK), which is formulated in our in-house Q.C laboratories. These reagents are diluted with phosphate buffer containing sodium chloride, EDTA and bovine albumin. This helps to make these reagents optimized for use in tube, slide and microplate procedures.
· Intended use: Used in Human RBC subgrouping, to differentiate A1 subgroup from other weaker subgroups of ‘A’ RBC like A2, Ax, Aem, Ael, or A2B, AxB etc.
· Shelf Life – 24 months
· Storage condition – 2 - 8 C
· Available as

the antigen H (5ml/10ml/bulk offered by us is carefully formulated These anti H can be found on the surface of red cells in varying concentration. The titre of such an extract is usually low and is subjected to batch variation. Anti H helps to ensure a constant supply of hybrid clones with the similar specificities.
The procedure used for the use of this reagent is based on the principle of agglutination. Red blood cells with Rhesus D antigens agglutinate when mixed with anti Rhesus (D) antibody. Phenotyping (grouping) of them is done by testing the blood sample with MEDICLONE D(IgM). Presence of haemagglutination determines the positive Rhesus D antigen and the blood is categorized as Rh +ve.
